Characteristics of eco-ice dining articles

The advantage of eco-ice dining articles is  its temperature can be adjusted to the same as refrigerator: 10 ℃, -10 ℃, -20 ℃. 

The products have a wide range of uses. 
Compared with traditional ice cubes, our products are more convenient to use and easy to handle, as
 when dissolving, they won’t melt to liquid.

 

Advantages of eco-ice dining articles

When food left out for a length of time, it allows bacteria to grow rapidly and   affect our health.

Using alcohol stoves or gas stoves to keep food at a certain level of temperature is not  recommended because they will dry the food. 

However eco-ice products are not only prevent the problems which have mentioned above, but also keep the food fresh and safe. As long as the restaurant can cater to customers’ needs, the business revenue will rise accordingly.

 

For cold use:
1. Put the eco-ice dining article into the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. 

2.Put the cold food  on the eco-ice dining article, in order to keep food fresh for longer.  

Eco-ice dining articles is generally suitable for cold cuts, salads, sashimi, noodles etc.
 

For hot use:
1.Put the eco-ice dining article into hot water(about 90℃) or  steam it for about 20 minutes. 

2.The eco-ice dining articles can endure up to 93℃. 

3. Put the food on to the eco-ice dining articles which can keep food warm for more than one hour.
